REUNION NEWS
Plans are made! Pack your fun gear and join us in Tucson Arizona for the Memorial Day 2005 Toledo-Tovares Reunion. Ramon Toledo and Conrada Tovares married 1905 making 2005 their 100 year wedding anniversary. A family celebration is a perfect way to honor their memory and to create future memories for your own children. Itinerary for the event:
- Poolside Meet and Greet at the Tucson City Center Inn Suites Hotel
- Come say hello between 5:30 p.m. and 9:00 p.m.
- BBQ planned - more details later.
- 11:30 a.m. - Registration/sign in
- Be sure to stop by the registration table to get your wristband and name tags and other event information
- 11:30 a.m. - Entertainment begins
- DJ will start the party
- Performances at varied times
- 1:00 p.m. - Blessing of the Event
- A blessing and prayer
- 2:00 p.m. - Food will be served (this is NOT a potluck. Your registration fee covers your meal)
- Beer and non-alcoholic drinks will be served starting at 12:00 p.m.
- Display tables
- Show-off your family photos - bring your albums or posters so others can get to know your family
- Family Tree Chart
- VP family Photos for sale (don't want to miss this opportunity.)
- Games for the children throughout the day
- Prizes and fun for the young ones
- Raffles - on-going
- Donations of raffle items will be appreciated

- Lots more fun
Tucson has many great places to visit and shop. Saturday is yours to explore. Saturday evening, everyone is invited for informal pre-reunion fun at the hotel pool. Bring your bathing suits to cool off. More details to follow.
